About The Position

We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our Sbarro restaurant operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

Previous General Manager experience in quick-service, pizza, or fast-casual restaurant operations preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead in a high-volume, stand-alone environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience with staffing, coaching, and performance management
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Maintain Sbarro brand standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
Drive sales performance, profitability, and labor management
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards are consistently met
Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and cost management
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Coach and motivate employees to achieve operational and customer service goals
Create a positive, energetic, and accountability-driven culture
Build strong bench strength and develop future leaders
Lead by example during peak-volume periods and daily operations
Deliver an outstanding guest experience every shift
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Create a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning
Manage scheduling, payroll, reporting, and daily administrative tasks
Monitor labor, food costs, and overall restaurant performance metrics
Execute company initiatives and operational programs effectively
