About The Position

Sbarro is looking for friendly and motivated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll help deliver great food and outstanding customer service while working in a fun, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re preparing fresh pizza, assisting guests, or helping keep the restaurant running smoothly, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer.

Requirements

No experience required — training provided
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
Take customer orders accurately and provide fast, efficient service
Prepare pizzas, food items, and beverages according to Sbarro standards
Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness meet company expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health procedures
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts
Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
