Requirements

At least 3 years of restaurant experience as a General Manager.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to outstanding guest experiences.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to tolerate long periods working on foot or standing.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Energetic hustle and a positive attitude during every shift.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless execution of service and operational standards.
Develop and mentor managers and staff, fostering hospitality, accountability, and excellence.
Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through 100% manager visits, meaningful guest engagement, and efforts to build lasting relationships and return visits.
Ensure teams consistently deliver high standards of guest interaction, hospitality, and service.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth.
Drive incremental sales through exceptional service, personalized recommendations, community engagement, and guest loyalty.
Use strategic goal setting and local market expertise to drive sales growth and achieve KPI targets.
Maintain knowledge of recipes and kitchen operations, collaborating with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Delegate effectively to empower team members, foster ownership, and support smooth operations.
Oversee inventory ordering, receiving, tracking, and analysis of AVT; identify issues proactively and ensure accountability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and regulations, and maintain the restaurant’s physical condition and brand standards.
Plan and organize business operations, communicate restaurant goals, and align the team toward success.
Conduct weekly manager meetings to drive accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Ensure daily, informative, and inspiring pre-shift meetings keep the team aligned and motivated.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that values teamwork, accountability, and a guest-obsessed mentality.
Manage and communicate rollouts effectively to ensure smooth execution and team readiness.
Represent bartaco’s brand and culture, lead community outreach and engagement, and maintain market awareness.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and accountability so every role contributes to exceptional service and operational excellence.
