About The Position

Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all dealership operations. The ideal candidate will lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance, drive profitability and departmental performance, and build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and manufacturers. This role involves developing marketing and merchandising strategies and creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of dealership General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required
• Automotive dealership leadership experience required
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Proven record of driving profitability and growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities
