About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to run a store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members. The role oversees store operations and results, including cost controls, inventory, food and image standards, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. The General Manager recruits, develops, and retains staff; manages food and team member safety; provides customer service; and works to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
Customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
