Requirements

• Experience managing a property with $10 Million revenue and 300+ rooms
• Minimum one year Hotel Manager or three years Executive Member experience at a at a similar-sized or larger hotel
• Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong focus on rooms management
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive organizational culture
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
