Requirements
- General Manager experience in quick service, fast food, or another high volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Stable work history with proven tenure
- Experience managing restaurant financial performance
- Ability to work a 50 hour workweek
Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant operations
- Build, coach, and retain strong management teams
- Drive sales while managing labor and food costs
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure operational and food safety standards are consistently met
