About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations for a high-volume fast food location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution.

Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual environment.
Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, scheduling, food safety, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and management staff.
Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team culture focused on hospitality and results.
Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to support business needs while achieving productivity goals.
Execute and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and profitability while implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance.
Ensure speed of service, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency meet or exceed company expectations.
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and company operational standards.
Assist with cash management, inventory controls, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
Build strong relationships with guests and proactively resolve service concerns.
Partner with district leadership to achieve restaurant goals and execute company initiatives.
