About The Position
The IHOP Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the District Manager. The role supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with a strong focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service. The General Manager also develops managers and team members. This is not an all-inclusive job description.
