About The Position

This General Management position is for individuals who have a natural inclination to lead and take charge. Domino's Pizza is seeking individuals who aspire to be bosses and are ready for the opportunity to move up. This role requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations during their shift, setting the tone and example for the entire store, and must maintain a high level of performance at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team, managing a staff of 3 to 30 people.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to ensure the team is in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing, while creating a great place to work.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
