About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. The role requires an individual with natural leadership abilities, good judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. They will set the tone and example for the store, ensuring 100% performance at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team (managing staff of 3 to 30 people).
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
