Requirements

  • 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution

Responsibilities

  • Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience
  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance
  • Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline
  • Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities
  • Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards
  • Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences
  • Inspire high-performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
  • Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth
  • Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning
