General Manager – Headquarters (Carrollton, TX) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: OTE $200,000+ Great operators aren’t born knowing how to run a shop. They’re built in it. Figuring it out. What You’ll Be Doing You will lead one of the highest-performing locations in our company, with a team that already knows what “great” looks like. Your job is to build on that. You’ll be responsible for: Leading and developing a high-level team of advisors and technicians Owning the performance of a $7M+ operation Creating a consistent, exceptional customer experience Driving accountability, culture, and execution at a high level Partnering directly with leadership to test and roll out new initiatives Helping shape the future of our Texas market and beyond This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership role. Requirements

Proven experience managing a high-level operation (automotive or related industry)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal)
High level of accountability and ownership
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day operations of the headquarters location
Develop and coach advisors and technicians
Drive performance across sales, efficiency, and customer experience
Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and safety
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and workflow
Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and rollouts
Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience
