About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead a store, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of the store, including leading and developing 8–12 employees, driving sales and profitability, managing store operations, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment. The role offers a training salary of $50,000–$70,000 and post-training earning potential of $65,000–$130,000, including bonuses.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check prior to hire.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Effective communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team; lead in a fast-paced environment; adapt to changing priorities; and drive sales, profitability, and store performance.

Responsibilities
