Requirements

• 2-4 years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of financial tools, including P&L, COGs, and Inventory.
• Expert communicator with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all departmental and hourly employees, acting as a mentor, coach, and leader.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards for safety, sanitation, and food-safe practices.
• Oversee all weekly business operations, including payroll, ordering, scheduling, and office duties.
• Grow your business by analyzing industry trends, managing budgets, and planning innovative in-house and outside events.
• Build and maintain a fun-filled work environment that reflects our values and culture.
