About The Position
Five Guys is hiring a General Manager for the Stafford/Fredericksburg area. The starting pay is $65,000–$75,000 annually, and the position is eligible for performance-based bonus rewards focused on food safety, financial success, and customer experience. General Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave, based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire. The company describes its operating hours as supporting work/life balance; most locations open at 11:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m., and locations do not have drive-throughs.
