About The Position
Five Guys is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Stafford/Fredericksburg area. The position pays $50,000–$56,000 annually, with possible overtime, and is eligible for performance-based bonus rewards. Assistant Managers may also earn bonuses through the Secret Shopper plan: the company conducts two Secret Shops each week, and team members working during those shifts are eligible based on the results. The role calls for restaurant-industry leadership, including controlling costs and leading effective shifts. The Assistant Manager is expected to help create a great workplace for the team, deliver excellent customer service and food, and uphold high standards while leading by example. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and do not have drive-throughs. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- Experience or responsibility controlling costs and leading shifts.
