About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone and in person. Key responsibilities include inventory management, cleaning, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires strong communication and essential skills for order processing, including basic math and computer/touch screen operation. The work environment can involve varying temperatures, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, and sharp edges. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough and manipulating tools. Delivery duties require a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to navigate various terrains and weather conditions while carrying products.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
