The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires strong mathematical skills for handling transactions, excellent communication abilities for customer and co-worker interactions, and good motor coordination for order processing. The General Manager will also be responsible for delivering products, flyers, and door hangers, which requires navigational skills and the ability to navigate various delivery sites while carrying product.
