The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and the facility, and delivering product. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, and proficiency in using a computer or touch screen for order entry. Additionally, the General Manager must possess good motor coordination, navigational skills for deliveries, and the ability to navigate various delivery sites while carrying product.
