About The Position

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a single high-volume location for a Metairie-based multi-unit restaurant development group operating well-known national sports bar and better-burger brands across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This is a full P&L leadership role with ownership of both front-of-house and back-of-house performance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate has multi-department restaurant management experience, is comfortable running a business with accountability for sales and profitability, and thrives in a company culture built on communication, integrity, and appreciation, with a genuine commitment to developing team members.

Responsibilities

Own overall restaurant performance, including sales growth, profitability, and P&L results.
Lead and develop a management team across front-of-house and back-of-house departments.
Drive the guest experience and hold the team accountable to brand service standards.
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain both salaried managers and hourly team members.
Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and all controllable expenses to budget.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and labor laws.
Execute brand standards, promotional programs, and in-house marketing initiatives.
Analyze operating reports and build action plans to address performance gaps.
Build succession and bench strength through consistent coaching and performance management.
Represent the company positively within the local community and market.
