About The Position

KidStrong is a fast-growing company dedicated to helping parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for building a team, fostering a strong culture, and driving the success of your center. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a high-performing team, manage daily operations, drive sales and member growth, and be an ambassador for the brand in the local community. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal and professional growth and is ready to make a significant impact.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in leadership, sales, customer service, or operations.
  • Comfortable working weekends.
  • CPR certification (can be completed post-hire).
  • First Aid certification (can be completed post-hire).
  • EpiPen certification (can be completed post-hire).
  • Active, energetic presence on the floor.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in education, fitness, youth programming, or coaching is a big plus.
  • A natural leader who motivates and builds strong teams.
  • Energetic, problem-solving, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of coaches and leaders.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions (3-5 classes) to stay connected to the mission.
  • Drive sales and member growth through community engagement.
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and team management.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and development of coaching talent.
  • Maintain high energy and a strong culture within the center.
  • Drive performance, growth, and retention.
  • Build an environment that families love.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local community.
