About The Position

As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development and engagement of all restaurant employees, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or higher, per applicable law.
• Certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
• Ability to champion change.
• Passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• At least four years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• Previous restaurant General Manager experience.
