About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. The role is intended for candidates who have advanced through the Company ranks in a CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager position, or who have prior industry experience and are willing to work with the Company until a position becomes available. This is a salaried position with the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on store operating results. It is described as the most demanding position in the store and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. The General Manager typically works five or six days per week, including weekend day and/or evening shifts. The position may lead to franchise ownership for the right candidate.
