About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an ambitious Assistant Manager/General Manager to join its team. The company provides a paid training program; prior pizza experience is not required. The role offers an opportunity to build management and customer-service experience and pursue advancement across the company’s 56 stores. The General Manager also supports the local community through fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. Employees who operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements. Information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must have open availability.
- To operate a vehicle for business purposes at age 18, must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; at age 19, must have proof of at least one year.
- A learner’s permit may only be used to confirm driving history, and an officially stated license is required.
- Driving record must have no more than two driving-related violations in the two years preceding the MVR, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Ineligible to drive for Domino’s with a record of leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead store operations as a General Manager.
- Support fundraising for local charitable donations, feed people in need in the community, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, if required and eligible.
