We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of Urban Egg. The right candidate will have a strong operational mindset, a passion for great food and exceptional service, and the leadership skills to build a high-performing team. Requirements

Minimum of (3) years GM experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to our team
Daytime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service to our guests
Lead, motivate, and manage departmental managers and staff to meet performance standards
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and safety standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion
Optimizing profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
Hiring, training and developing new team members
Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
Maintain an overall management style and professionalism in accordance with our established best practices
