About The Position

This role involves managing store operations, including overseeing staff, handling customer service, and ensuring efficient delivery services. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, from daily operations to team management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
  • Ability to stand for most tasks.
  • Ability to walk for short distances for short durations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to push trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Ability to stoop/bend at the waist.
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally.
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Proficiency with pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations and staff.

  • Manage inventory and product deliveries.
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Deliver pizzas within a designated area.
