Alloy Personal Training is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a premium personal training studio serving the North Bergen County market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven General Manager, Studio Manager, Membership Sales Manager, Fitness Director, Club Manager, or Personal Training Manager who thrives in membership growth, consultative sales, member retention, operational leadership, team development, and community engagement. The General Manager will be responsible for adding and retaining members, increasing recurring revenue, strengthening local partnerships, developing the team, and driving studio performance. Located in one of Northern New Jersey’s most desirable markets, this Alloy studio will serve a relationship-driven North Bergen County community that values premium service, personalized attention, measurable results, and long-term wellness. This is not simply another studio management position. It is an opportunity to take ownership of business performance, expand membership, elevate the member experience, and build lasting relationships within one of New Jersey’s most attractive health, wellness, and professional markets. The General Manager will lead membership acquisition, member retention, revenue growth, community outreach, team accountability, daily operations, and the delivery of an exceptional member experience. You’ll partner directly with ownership to identify opportunities, strengthen execution, and create a clear path toward sustainable membership and revenue growth. This is primarily a sales, leadership, and studio operations position. The General Manager may occasionally coach or support sessions when needed, but the primary responsibility is growing and leading the business—not carrying a full coaching schedule. The right leader will be visible, hands-on, commercially minded, and willing to do what growth requires: make calls, follow up with leads, conduct consultations, ask for referrals, create local partnerships, attend community events, solve operational issues, develop the team, and maintain consistent accountability around results. You will evaluate the member journey, lead pipeline, sales process, retention practices, staffing structure, community visibility, and daily execution. You will then work directly with ownership to strengthen performance across every area of the business.
