Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 10-12 dedicated sales associates, guiding them to achieve their best.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members who are eager to contribute.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
  • Ensure that our store's appearance aligns with our high company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing store operations.
  • Manage daily operations including paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, and scheduling.
  • Analyze local competitor pricing to keep our offerings competitive.
