Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 10-12 dedicated sales associates, guiding them to achieve their best.
Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members who are eager to contribute.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Ensure that our store's appearance aligns with our high company standards.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing store operations.
Manage daily operations including paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, and scheduling.
Analyze local competitor pricing to keep our offerings competitive.
