About The Position
We are seeking candidates for immediate hire for a full-time Assistant General Manager position. This role offers flexible schedules with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The wage will be discussed at the interview and is based on experience. Wage increases are tied to completed training levels. The position is intended to lead to a General Manager role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a General Manager in the food service industry OR 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the food service industry
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in sometimes stressful environments
- Ability to multi-task and delegate responsibilities
