About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a General Manager for a locally owned, two-store franchise. This hands-on management role involves learning the business from the ground up and being responsible for everything that happens during a shift. The General Manager sets an example for the crew, follows company policies and procedures, and expects the same standards from team members. Flexible schedules are offered, with some nights and weekends required.

Requirements

• Demonstrated judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
• Clean background check.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.
• Prior pizza-making experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities and operations during assigned shifts.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and food.
• Handle staffing and paperwork.

• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Support marketing and store profitability.
• Follow all policies and procedures and set an example for the crew.
