About The Position

Join Our Team as General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory! This isn't your average Courtyard! With 179 guest rooms and over 21,000 square feet of meeting space with full-service F&B, Aimbridge is looking for an experienced GM with a robust F&B background. The ideal candidate is a steady, people‑first full‑service GM with the leadership strength to stabilize the operation, build trust, and bring supportive, hands‑on guidance to a team that’s ready for fresh momentum. They have deep big‑box F&B expertise, strong hiring and training instincts, and the operational discipline needed to lead a high‑performing hotel with a major F&B footprint and 22k sq. ft. of convention space. This leader thrives in renovation environments, partners seamlessly with a strong AGM and sales team, and can energize the culinary operation. Atlanta FS experience is preferred, though relocation may be considered for an exceptional fit. Ready to be the hero of hospitality? Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
