About The Position
The General Manager manages an entire Whataburger restaurant and is responsible for bringing out the best in Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members as they deliver excellent service to customers. The role oversees the restaurant’s business and operations, team and budgets, scheduling, hiring and development, and cleaning and sanitation procedures.
