Pizza Factory is looking for exceptional General Managers to join our team! We don't just hire when a role opens up. Note - All GM roles are on-site at Pizza Factory locations. This position is ultimately responsible for all restaurant activities and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as needed. The GM ensures all activities are consistent with and support the restaurant’s business plan. The GM ensures all employees perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of General Manager experience ideally in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations, leading teams, and achieving financial targets
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory control
• Food Safety Manager Certificate or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational procedures, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Manage labor and food costs through effective scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies
• Analyze P&L statements and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members, creating a pipeline for internal growth and leadership development
• Attracts customers by developing and implementing local marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs
• Model and create an environment which ensures a positive guest service experience, and respond positively and quickly to guest concerns
• Conduct yourself with high personal integrity and treat all employees with honesty, respect and dignity
