About The Position

Team Honey Badger is looking for a General Manager to lead a team and run a fast-paced store, creating an environment where both employees and customers want to return. While knowledge of pizza making is not required initially, the company seeks individuals capable of leading people, managing operations, and building a strong team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts
