About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to run a store efficiently, serve customers, and support team members. The role oversees store operations and results, including cost controls, inventory, food and image standards, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. It also involves recruiting, developing, and retaining staff; managing food and team member safety; providing customer service; and increasing sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
Customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to lead by example and ensure team accountability.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
