About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented General Manager for Cherry Valley Hotel. The General Manager oversees hotel operations, financial performance, staffing, guest service, events, property preservation, safety, inspections, brand standards, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditures.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
Recruit, train, and monitor staff.
Plan work schedules for individuals and teams.
Respond appropriately to and resolve guest concerns.
Address problems and troubleshoot.
Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
Preserve hotel assets, including supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
Maintain appropriate property inspections as identified by the organization and brand.
Ensure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and standards.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety requirements, and other statutory regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
