About The Position

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and provide guests with an exceptional experience. The General Manager mentors the #CRISPCrew and manages front-of-house and back-of-house operations, serving as a brand representative and helping the team deliver quality service and food consistently. The role calls for a motivated, communicative leader who can develop teammates, address performance issues, and support the restaurant in achieving company goals and standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• At least 5 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.
• Create and maintain a culture that gives teammates opportunities to learn and grow.
• Recruit, interview, and hire talent, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders.
• Recognize and reward excellent performance.
• Coach and document performance, and improve or remove low performers promptly.
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge the team to achieve and exceed company goals and standards.
• Create an excellent guest experience through attention to detail.
• Build relationships and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Communicate changes to the menu, policies, team member benefits, and other relevant matters to the restaurant team.
• Control labor costs by creating and executing an effective schedule.
• Build restaurant sales by executing company marketing tactics and promotional programs.
• Represent the CRISP & GREEN brand consistently.
