About The Position
Barrio Portsmouth is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to lead our high-volume restaurant and bar operation. This is not a desk job. We are looking for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires teams, drives sales, and delivers exceptional guest experiences every day.
Requirements
- 3+ years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven success managing P&L performance
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to lead from the floor and work alongside the team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with bar operations and beverage programs preferred
