Requirements

• Previous hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Proven ability to drive operational and financial results
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A leader who leads from the front and sets the tone for the team

Nice To Haves

• Choice Hotels, Wyndham, Hilton, Marriott, or IHG experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and team engagement
• Recruit, train, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
• Drive revenue growth through sales leadership, market awareness, and operational excellence
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment
• Manage labor, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Create a positive culture built on teamwork, communication, and accountability
• Actively engage with guests, team members, and the local community
