About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The role requires setting an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the crew to do the same. The General Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, training, paperwork, food management, facility cleanliness, and customer service.
