About The Position

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead the Autograph Collection – Twelve Midtown Atlanta, one of Atlanta's premier lifestyle destinations. Requirements

  • Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager of a Marriott full-service hotel
  • Strong Marriott brand knowledge and operational expertise
  • Experience leading Marriott QA/Brand Standard Audits
  • 8–10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of luxury or upscale full-service operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Champion Marriott's culture of hospitality and Spirit to Serve
  • Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards, QA audits, Brand Standards Audits, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Lead the hotel to drive Brand metrics especially related to ITR and GSS in the green zone.
  • Be a visible leader able to project and elevate unique the Autograph Collection guest experience though a culture of engagement and accountability.
  • Complete knowledge of daily business costs.
  • Review of Night Audit reporting
  • Payroll
  • Accuracy of all invoices both submitted and received
  • Forecasting Budget development
  • Labor management

  • Partner closely with your Sales and Revenue teams towards forecasting accuracy, RevPAR and Market Share.
