About The Position

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead the Autograph Collection – Twelve Midtown Atlanta, one of Atlanta's premier lifestyle destinations. This is not simply an operations role—it's an opportunity to lead a flagship Marriott hotel, inspire an exceptional team, elevate guest satisfaction, maximize financial performance, and deliver the authentic experiences that define the Autograph Collection brand. We're looking for a proven Marriott executive who understands how to balance luxury service, operational excellence, owner expectations, labor relations, and financial performance while creating an outstanding culture for associates.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager of a Marriott full-service hotel
  • Strong Marriott brand knowledge and operational expertise
  • Experience leading Marriott QA/Brand Standard Audits
  • Experience managing a unionized workforce (required)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of luxury or upscale full-service operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Champion Marriott's culture of hospitality and Spirit to Serve
  • Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards, QA audits, Brand Standards Audits, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Lead the hotel to outstanding GuestVoice/Medallia performance and guest loyalty
  • Protect and elevate the Autograph Collection guest experience
  • Lead all hotel operations including: Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources
  • Create a culture of accountability while ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience
  • Own the hotel's financial success by driving Revenue Growth, GOP, NOI, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Market Share, RGI Improvement
