About The Position

This is a full-time, hands-on General Manager position with the potential to lead to franchise ownership. General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store and are expected to be fully engaged throughout their shift. The role includes leading a team, overseeing store operations, serving walk-in customers, operating the cash register, preparing products quickly and accurately according to portion sizes and recipes, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and meeting Domino’s grooming standards. Delivery is part of training, so candidates need a valid Florida driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle. Candidates should be available during all operating hours, although reasonable time-off requests are usually accommodated. Requirements

Experience leading a team; shift staff may range from 3 to 30 people.
A can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work.
A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license; the description specifies a Florida driver’s license for candidates because delivery is part of training.
At least 18 years old.
Availability during all operating hours: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 AM; Friday and Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 AM.
Ability to serve as a role model for the team.
