As our General Manager, you will oversee operations for our elite luxury portfolios: Fields Motorcars North Shore (Gold Coast): Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Bugatti. Fields Motorcars Downers Grove: Lamborghini and Bentley. You will be fully accountable for customer retention and dealership profitability, with a primary focus on the variable side—including new/used vehicle sales, finance, and internet sales operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager (GM) or General Sales Manager (GSM) at a luxury, high-volume automotive dealership is required.
• Documented history of achieving strong profitability and consistent, positive Customer Satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and communicative mentor who thrives on employee relations.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and assess successful operations across all dealership departments to optimize performance and profitability.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and discipline department managers and dealership staff while conducting weekly manager meetings.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores at or above company and manufacturer standards.
• Oversee vehicle pricing, inventory strategy, and balance sheet management.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with luxury manufacturers, lending institutions, and the local community.
• Reinforce company policies, uphold the Fields Five standards, and ensure strict compliance with legal and environmental regulations.
