We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead studio operations, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional member experience. Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Proven success in sales, revenue generation, and team leadership
- Strong organizational and operational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for health, wellness, and community-building
Responsibilities
- Oversee all studio operations including sales, staffing, and member experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
- Drive membership growth through strategic sales execution and community outreach
- Maintain exceptional customer service and retention standards
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and studio performance metrics
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and local partnerships
- Ensure brand standards, operational excellence, and compliance
