About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager for our 123 room Hyatt House in Boulder/Broomfield, Colorado. This property is located halfway between Boulder and Denver. As a Concord Leader, you will be responsible to inspire greatness in your team, encourage and support team members to reach their full potential, create a work environment that is a Great Place to Work for all, lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism, and care for your team and their families. As the General Manager, you will support our company mission statement and be an ambassador to our five cornerstones. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing a high achieving team. Leading by example, your employees will be focused on providing excellent guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible to liaise with Hyatt Brand Representatives, our owners and with Concord, and to orchestrate brand training with your staff. Our GMs administer, direct and control all the operations of the hotel. You will be accountable for attaining budgeted revenues and profit margins, providing attention to detail in standards, and meeting operational deadlines that are in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures. Concord GMs are active leaders with the company and the community and serve as role models through involvement in city organizations and networking.

Requirements

  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
  • Strong sales background and established networking skills.
  • Proven ability to drive GSS.
  • Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
  • Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
  • Experience in food & beverage.
  • Well versed in sales and excellent customer service delivery.
  • Prior General Manager experience required.

  • Previous Hyatt experience preferred.
