About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team of passionate Experience Curators at HALL Arts Hotel, Autograph Collection. HALL Art Hotel, Autograph Collection features 183 guest rooms in the vibrant Dallas Arts District. The hotel offers a chef-driven restaurant and lounge, over 11,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a rooftop pool surrounded by lush greenery and seeping skyline views. Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) plus years of experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet property.
  • Has managed/overseen both Food & Beverage & Rooms Division.
  • Proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating outstanding profit and guest service-related goals.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and guest service skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic sales/marketing acumen.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
