Requirements
- Experience as Assistant Food & Beverage Director in a full-service, luxury hotel or high-volume fine dining establishment.
- Bona fide leader, who's helmed other Restaurant and Bar departments to prosperity and growth.
- Hospitality education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel culinary experience.
- At least 2 years Restaurant and Bar Management experience in fine dining environments.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all bar and dining operations.
